3. Send out the sorted inquiry letter, and ask the manufacturer to check and quote carefully.Sometimes the order quantity is not large, and the drawings are all in foreign languages. It takes time and energy to convert the drawings. Even if the quotation is quoted, they may not be able to get the order. This kind of psychology will lead to them not taking the quotation seriously, and the quotation is often falsely high. At this time, our intervention, effective communication and guidance will win the manufacturer's trust and confidence, let the manufacturer carefully review the technical specifications and make the corresponding reasonable quotation and manufacturing scheme.

4. After receiving the quotation letter, follow up the phone to find out the relevant situation of the quotation manufacturer, screen out the interested suppliers, and then formulate the investigation plan to go to the manufacturer for on-site understanding（The inspection focuses on the factory environment, manufacturing equipment, production technology, staff status, whether the testing facilities and personnel are complete and perfect, user performance, and the credit rating and market feedback of the enterprise in the past three years, etc.)

5. Write the supplier inquiry and comparison price and field investigation report, submit it to foreign buyers and listen to feedback.

6. Sign business contract according to foreign buyer's opinion.

7. If the buyer has a designated factory to implement directional purchasing, our company is responsible for the tracking control of the whole process, reporting the production progress in real time, and Tongtu company is also responsible for the third-party supervision function.

8. Connect with the manufacturer the details of the contract terms, technical requirements, acceptance terms, delivery time, delivery packaging, etc.

9. According to the terms of the contract, we track the production process supervision, on-site inspection and acceptance before shipment, sort out and submit all acceptance and shipment reports, and booking for shipment.

10. If your company has a good product plan to sell in China, our company can also act as an agent.
